JP50/40G LIGHTWEIGHT MORTAR SPRAYING MACHINE
JP50G is a small mortar coating machine made with modern technology. It has high conveying efficiency, long pumping distance and it is for spraying ready-mixed mortar and field mixing mortar. It is applicable for plastering mortar, insulation mortar, bonded mortar, fiber mortar, facing mortar, interface mortar, floor mortar, fire mortar, refractory mortar, self-leveling mortar, masonry mortar, reinforced mortar, fill mortar and pouring mortar delivery and spraying.
The machine is fixed and suitable for application in the construction of the sewer.
It also has the screw pump anti-wear controlling mechanism part, with functions of direct separation of the screw rotor and stator on machine, adjusting the displacement and remote control, pressure sensor control.
JP50G most important feature is the compact structure and large displacement which makes the machine suitable for manpower to transport upstairs, to adapt to work in a narrow construction environment.
